ABOUT
The conditions we create shape what becomes possible.
Our relationships, environments, communities, and nervous systems all influence how we think, create, connect, and grow. I believe creativity isn't simply a talent we possess—it's a practice we cultivate by intentionally shaping the conditions that allow us to come alive.
For the past fifteen years, I've explored those conditions through classrooms, organizations, writing workshops, design studios, and one-on-one conversations. Today, I bring those experiences together through facilitation, creative practice, writing, and guiding individuals and organizations toward more connected, sustainable ways of creating, collaborating, and living.
I've led international writing workshops, coached hundreds of individuals, and spent more than a decade designing content and learning experiences for organizations ranging from startups to global technology companies, while publishing fiction and essays in literary journals including Electric Literature, The Missouri Review, and Joyland.
More than anything, I consider myself a builder of conditions—creating spaces where creativity, connection, and meaningful work become more possible.

MY APPROACH
Rest
We begin by slowing down enough to notice what’s actually happening — creatively, relationally, and within the nervous system.
Reconnect
Through reflection, embodiment, dialogue, and creative practice, we reconnect with clarity, momentum, and the deeper reasons the work matters.
Reset
Sustainable creativity isn’t built through force. It’s built through supportive structures, accountability, collaboration, and repeated practice over time.
Rebuild
From there, we create differently — with more intention, connection, sustainability, and trust in ourselves and each other.
Creative Reset, Decoded
Essays exploring creativity, relationships, self-leadership, and the conditions that shape what becomes possible.
Every piece is an invitation to reflect more deeply, create more sustainably, and build a life that feels more connected and alive.
