Called to Care is a Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) recruitment campaign in Oklahoma.

In addition ads + UX design, I conducted audience research + created personas — grounding the strategy of the campaign ❤️

 
 

Problem

Oklahoma Human Services needed help with strategy in recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide essential care in our communities, supporting seniors, those with disabilities, + special needs children.

Solution

Through primary + secondary research, + by utilizing a mixed methods approach, I created audience personas for the campaign, informing branding, creative direction, content strategy, + KPIs.
