Problem
Lisa was an AI chatbot in need of human interaction so she could learn how to respond to real estate requests from agents and prospects.
Solution
I played an instrumental role in creating the "human touch" of Lisa through research-led UX writing + design in collaboration with engineers + product managers. I oversaw + reported on Lisaβs daily functioning + suggested opportunities for her to learn to provide better service for our clients.
