The Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness (OPSR) received a grant in support of creating more awareness + access to early learning resources for families, communities, + public + private organizations.
They needed help understanding the needs, challenges, + opportunities of various audiences throughout Oklahoma in order to successfully reach them.
Solution
Through primary + secondary research, + by utilizing a mixed methods approach, I created audience personas for the campaign, informing branding, creative direction, content strategy, + KPIs.
